Ohm64 and Ableton Live Part 1

So when we first made the Ohm64 mini prototype in December Blake made a nice little Ableton Project to illustrate using the Ohm with Ableton. Here is a video showing a newer version of that project with Live and the Ohm64. This shows how you can use the grid to interact with your performance. Many more Live examples to come.

One thing worth explaining is that the Clips in the Live setup are setup with Follow Actions. For example, clip 1 in track 1 has a follow action of “next”, and so on. The 8th clip has a follow action of “first clip”. This is how the loop slicing, sequencing, and LED talkback is done for all the remix pleasure. And Blake is Blake Shaw, who did a nice job interning for us earlier in the year!
